Jit-Pak are not just case specialists, we also manufacture and convert foam in our two factories. One factory is set up for all of the CNC Routing production specialising in case foam inserts, with the other factory set up for all of the Die Cutting production. Both factories have fabrication facilities as well.

Our range of CNC routers are capable of routing upto 10 foam inserts at a time, and can route upto 155mm deep in solid block. No need for messy glueing of layers which is sometimes required with Die Cutting and also detracts from the appearance and performance of the foam insert.

Please note that CNC foam inserts are not cost effective against "standard" foam for 1 offs or low quantities. However, in certain cases, they are actually cheaper than the standard foam PLUS you save doing the "picking n plucking" which on large quantities, is mundane and time consuming!
