You asked for an easier way to compare ranges.
We have created an easy to view cross reference guide which can be found here
You asked for better email updates
We have now created more automatic order status's which means that at each stage of your orders progress, you will receive an email advising you of the latest update. If you create an account before you order, then you will have all the information available at your convenience.
You asked for a loyalty scheme
Although this only effects our returning customers, we now have a loyalty points scheme. Please remember that you need to create an account to be able to earn points.
You asked for delivery tracking
You will now automatically receive a despatch email advising you of which courier we have used with a link to the couriers website. Just enter the consignment/tracking number to get upto date delivery details.
You wanted absolute security with your credit card details
And rightly so! We have now implemented the highest form of security available in ecommerce using the latest 256bit encryption. Take a look at our top level security here. Beware of buying from any site online that only has 128bit encryption and where the toolbar on the payment page is not green!
You wanted reassurance that if there was a problem, we would sort it.
There was not much to do with this one as we already sort out any problems that arise e.g. missing delivery, broken case etc. however, when you call/email our office with a query, you will be given the name of the team member who will deal with it. This ensures that you can easily get back in touch with the correct person who will be aware of your situation.
You wanted the ability to get copy invoices for all your previous orders.
This is now possible for any orders placed after 1st Jan 2013. Just log into your account and you will see the tab for order history. For any copy invoices required for older orders, please contact the office where we can access all orders placed on the old system for you.
You wanted the ability to see the prices in Euros.
We have now added the currency selector feature on the top right hand side of the homepage. This enables you to view all the prices in Euros so that you can easily compare prices to your native countries suppliers. Please note that should you place an order whilst in "Euro" view, the basket total will be converted into GBP by the payment processor.
You wanted to have the site translated into your native language.
We have now added google translate (top right hand side of homepage). Just select the language of your choice from the dropdown box. Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any of the translations that are provided by google.
