As always, we welcome your feedback as it is a key factor in our continuing growth. Thanks to all of you who have taken time to email your thoughts and compliments. One of the things that many of you asked for is to be able to track the progress of your order without having to telephone us. We have listened to you and now introduced the Customer Login section at the top right of the main page. This enables you to view the progress of your order through our system. The automated emails will continue to advise you of the status of your order should you not wish to login and will continue to link to your vat invoice.
