Jit-Pak Limited is registered in the United Kingdom. Invoices and payments will be taken directly by Jit-Pak Limited. In addition, other linking and ecommerce domains may be used for the transaction of Jit-Pak Limited.
For special requirements i.e. customised cases, Jit-Pak Limited may re-direct enquiries to associated companies. Personal information will not be forwarded by Jit-Pak Limited to a the third party company unless agreed with the customer in advance.
Jit-Pak Limited endeavour to be accurate with all technical information relating to product description. Products shown within cases i.e. tools, accessories or equipment are not included within the sale unless specifically detailed within the product description.
Jit-Pak Limited hold no liability to inaccurate description and reserve the right to amend information and pricing at any time without consent or giving notice.
Jit-Pak limited offer reduced shipping charges wherever possible, however in certain circumstances, it may be applicable for a special quotation to be made i.e. deliveries off mainland UK. Where this occurs, Jit-Pak Limited will inform the customer of any additional charges prior to despatching the order. If the increase is not acceptable, the order maybe cancelled and the full amount credited to the customer.
Where goods are out of stock and cannot meet the required delivery schedule, the customer will be notified and an alternative product or full refund offered.
When Peli cases are ordered they are dropshipped direct to you from the manufacturer, who have a next day delivery policy if the order is placed by 2pm (excluding Fridays, weekends and Public Holidays which will be delivered next available working day).
Jit-Pak Limited reserve the right to charge additional costs where incurred for non-deliveries/re-deliveries or where incurred by collections or incorrect information provided by the customer.
When goods are received from the forwarder or carrier, they are signed for in good condition and are therefore accepted by the customer. If goods are found to be damaged due to carriage, however signed for as in good condition, this may affect your rights for guarantee.
If any of the items ordered are not in stock, we will place them on back order for you and contact you with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. We require confirmation of any cancellation by email or fax by return. An alternative product may also be offered.
VAT at 20% is applicable to all UK despatched orders
For EU member states (and Channel Islands), VAT is not applicable if the purchaser supplies their valid VAT registration number along with their company information.

All products supplied have a full 12 month manufacturers guarantee against manufacturing defects.
This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
A full refund or exchange is guaranteed for customers returning goods received damaged. Any claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days please contact us, and we will trace the delivery and advise you on action to be taken.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you receive your order and for any reason other than the goods being damaged or you do not wish to keep them, you can return them for a refund or exchange, as long as you do so within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of return carriage to us. We will only accept goods back in 'as new' condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. A re stocking fee of £10.00 + vat per case may be charged at the discretion of the company.
All returns must be authorised, with a Jit-Pak Limited returns authorisation number and clearly marked 'returned goods' and received by us within 7 days. Do not return goods without authorisation and returns number. To receive a returns authorisation number, email your order number, contact details and reason for return to email@example.com and a number will be issued by return email. Do not return any goods without this number as we will not issue refunds without it.
Should your order be despatched to a non UK mainland address, we would charge you the carriage costs incurred by ourselves plus you would be responsible for the return carriage costs.
