Like all Peli cases, it is made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. Its exclusive 6.4 mm neoprene o-ring and ABS latches seal perfectly and includes an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure, and has a comfortable rubber over-molded handle.

The Peli 1620 case features the addition of extremely durable ball-bearing polyurethane wheels as well as an extension handle, with effortless release latch, for easy transport. It also features rubberized front and side grips for maximum comfort.

Your equipment can fit into the optional Peli pick n pluck foams or padded dividers supplied with the Peli 1620 case for protection against impact, vibration or shock or for absolute protection, why not ask us about custom made inserts?

The Peli 1620 case is NATO codified and tested to MIL C-4150J (Military Standard), IP-67 (Ingress Protection) and ATA (Air Transportation Association).

PELI 1620 Cases

We use these cases for instrument supply, both for use as mobile demonstration equipment and final customer delivery. Simple to configure for any instrument, easy to ship with most carriers and pretty cost effective reusable packaging so some green credentials also. Generally excellent with no packaging related damage over the 3 years we have specified them.
