This policy (together with our Terms & Conditions and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data will be processed by us. INFORMATION WE PROCESS THROUGH 3RD PARTIES
In order to perform as efficiently as possible, we use third parties to process some data for the following purposes.

Onsite Behaviour (aka Cookies) – Virtually every ecommerce website uses tracking technology, such as Google Analytics, to improve site performance, diagnose bugs/glitches and inform future development. These kinds of software do not identify individuals without consent. If you have previously consented for Google to personalise advertising to you, Google Analytics may associate your visitation information on our website with your behaviour on other devices when signed-in to your Google Account. This may allow us to track your behaviour on this site anonymously, across different devices and pair up session data. Form Submissions – In order to efficiently handle requests to subscribe to our mailing list we use a secure, US based, third party applications to collect and transfer the contact data between our website and our email marketing system. If a contact does not wish to subscribe to our mailing list, their data is blocked from being sent to our email marketing system, but is stored, for record keeping only, within the collect & transfer third party applications.

Transactional Notices –We deliver our emails such as order confirmations through a third party software to ensure optimum delivery. This software therefore accesses browsing & purchase data associated to your email address, upon the start of your transaction.

Delivery – To provide you the service & product you require, we use third party companies to handle the delivery of your orders, which require the sharing of your contact information. These companies have all supplied GDPR compliance agreements.

Correspondence & Records – We use a US based, privacy shield verified, software to monitor and maintain information about customers and contacts. We also use third party email software to send our non-transactional marketing emails to mailing list subscribers only.

Feedback – To ensure we are giving the best service possible, we use the services of a well-known third party review collection technology, which sends out review requests to all who’ve completed a transaction on our website. This service is provided your email address, and your order confirmation email, in order for them to send a review request.

Advertising (aka Cookies) – In order to re-engage you after leaving our site, we may reach you via social media (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) or Google’s Display Network, promoting our products and services. Opt out of this change the settings of your internet browser to block cookies from our site. However, doing so will result in a depersonalised experience on our site.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES: WE MAY SHARE YOUR DATA…
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. If Peli Products (UK) Ltd’s assets or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Peli Products (UK) Ltd, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

STORING YOUR INFORMATION
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be processed through PayPal’s highly secure payment gateway. If you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

The internet is not a secure medium. However, we have put in place various security procedures to protect your information. When we ask you to submit sensitive personal financial information, such as your credit card number, we use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, making these pages secure. We do not retain any credit or debit card details on our system. In addition, we have strict security protocols in place to protect our customer database, and only allow access to it when absolutely necessary and then under strict guidelines as to what use may be made of such details.

Our websites may contain links to other websites and you should be aware that we are clearly not responsible for the privacy practices on other websites. We recommend that you individually check the privacy statements of each and every other website that you visit.

YOUR RIGHTS
We will not process personal data for marketing purposes without your consent. You can exercise your right to choose which marketing communications you receive by unsubscribing from our mailing list (if you are already subscribed), or blocking cookies from our site via our alert or your internet browser’s settings.

If you have an online account, you can review and change your contact information at any time through your account preferences. You can request to have your data erased by emailing contacting our Data Protection Officer dpo@peliproducts.co.uk, and we will act upon the request within one month.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The GDPR gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the GDPR. We have an obligation to provide you with any personal data we hold, on request to dpo@peliproducts.co.uk

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
